Is it just me or this woman screaming for attention. To even consider been implanted with 6 embryos when you have 6 children, with three have disabilities at home is a cry for help. What kind of cold heart self- centered person does this. She thinks it is a OK to live off of student loans and food stamps and the children's disability and I think it is child abuse the the worst degree. Plus to top if off she has a web site now at http://www.thenadyasulemanfamily.com/ and thinks its OK to ask people for donations. If you can afford to have 6 embryos implanted you do not need donations. This woman needs a kick in the ass and her children taken away and given to people that can take care of them with out government assistance. The only people I feel sorry for is these 14 children who have no say in their lives whatsoever. Tell me what you think or am I just crazy
I could not agree with you more! Not only do I think the Octo-Mom is crazy, I hate that she has the gall to ask for donations. I'd rather donate money to animal shelters. She obviously sees her litter of children as money makers. My wife and I are both educated, employed, have some savings... but we still are waiting to have children simply because we want to make sure we have enough money put away to make our child's life great. Ugh...what this woman and her doctor did is reprehensible. I only hope that no one donates cash to this devious, deluded woman. But... I fear that people are stupid and she'll end up with a nice take.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree with both you and the comment above. One of my big problems, is this woman obviously has no understanding of the financial reality that she is placing these children. I took out student loans to get my master's degree. I am currently in the process of paying them back - I have no children to support and am extremely lucky that I have a good job, but it is still tough and I constantly feel overwhelmed by the payments, while still paying my other bills. Does she realize this? Does she realize that she will have to pay those student loans back, pay rent, food, childcare services for her children (extremely expensive for 14 kids) all on her budget when she graduates from school with her masters? I don't know how she expects to do it. She is like a child who decided she wanted a bunch of babies without being adult enough to really think through her decision. Oh and if she gets a reality show or book deal out of this mess, I will scream!!!

the welfare system really needs to be re evaluated and recipients should be put through more thorough of a application process. its rediculous that hard working people that struggle to pay for there own children have to pay for that slob. My parents have hard enough time trying to help me pay for school and now we have to pay for her kids to go to school.

Her poor, poor children and parents are frazzled, harried, and sadly may be hungry, disregarding her eight more in the hospital. The parents of Nadya Suleman need a break-and if ANYONE should get monetary benefit, it's her mother and father and the children. I wish Child Protection Services would take them ALL to a loving, caring home(s).
ReplyDeleteI am sure that there must be 14 families in America who would love to care for and nurture those sweet children, not pen them up in a house, tap-dancing on the edge of poverty. As a child myself of barely fifteen years, I have NO respect for this woman. I was raised by a lovely angelic SINGLE mother (who now is married) and I can assure you, No "normal" mother would allow her children to be put through such hardship.
Furthermore, I do not blame the publicist as much as I do the Doctor and Donor who mutually agreed to impregnate her. The Donor needs to come forward and face the millions of taxpayers who are having to nurture Miss Suleman's children,- and the Doctor! He needs to have his license revoked IMMEDIATELY and INDEFINITELY.
When I grow up, (it has always been my dream) I want to be a Doctor; the kind who helps people not be sick anymore, and I will put that slimeball (so called) "Doctor" to shame. With honour I shall be a working American, as I hope, with honour so shall the rest of my fellow countrymen/women.

I agree with everything that you all have said!!!! I was told that this lady had like 6 more kids for no reason whatsoever, than to just get more money out of all of us in the END!! What a waste of a human being in my mind. I am a young 26 year woman that realises that the economhy sucks right now and that it is hard to just take care of myself, let alone any other human being. I am trying to go to school, find myself, and a good godly man to maybe someday have a family. I don't want to just suck the government dry like so many others are doing, I have too much pride in doing that. I want to feel good about myself and know that i have worked hard to live in this greedy world!
